| Abstract |
This report presents the results of a reevaluation of the Texas Photochemical Oxidant Control Plan and recommends specific control strategies for each Texas area which exceeds the oxidant standard. The purpose of the reevaluation was to resolve technical questions that had arisen on the original November 1973 EPA plan as a result of litigation. The reevaluation was a joint effort of the Environmental Protection Agency, Region VI and the Texas Air Control Board. |
