| Abstract |
SMARTe is a web-based decision support tool intended to help revitalization practitioners find information, perform data analysis, communicate, and evaluate future reuse options for a site or area. A tutorial was developed to help users navigage SMARTe. This tutorial is approximately seven minutes long and provides an explanation of the content of SMARTe. It also provides four example questions that users might have related to revitalization and demonstrates for the user how one might find answers to the questions on the web-site. |
