Abstract

Standards of performance for the control of emissions from asphalt processing and asphalt roofing manufacture are being promulgated under Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. This document contains: (1) a summary of all the public comments made on the proposed standards and the Administrator's respones to the comments, (2) a summary of the changes made to the standards since proposal, and (3) the final environmental impact statement, which summarizes the impacts of the standards.
