Abstract

National emission standards to control inorganic arsenic from new and existing primary copper smelters and from arsenic trioxide and metallic arsenic production facilities are being promulgated under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act. Part 1 of the document contains a detailed summary of the public comments on the proposed standard for primary copper smelters, and Part 2 on the proposed standard for arsenic production facilities.
