||This Instructor Manual, together with the referenced Student Manual is designed for use by instructors who wish to teach a short-term education/training course on the process of troubleshooting operation and maintenance problems in wastewater treatment plants. These materials are geared toward procedures for identifying and isolating a problem, formulating alternative actions and solutions, and combining corrective action with short and long-range followup. The materials will assist state, local and Federal employees of wastewater facilities in assuming and administering their responsibilities and preparing for operation and maintenance inspections.
