Abstract

This final report presents a summary of work undertaken for each of three major air quality tasks, a summary of the actual work undertaken, and an explanation of any deviations from the intended scope. The report contains the findings of Task 1 on the development of improved emissions projection activity indices; and Task 2 on the development of a methodology for incorporating cost data into the evaluation of the air pollution impact of land use plans. The results of Task 3 are presented in a separate report entitled 'A Guide for Considering Air Quality in Urban Planning', EPA-450/3-74-020.
