Abstract |
A new correlation model has been developed for calculating sour water equilibrium data at temperatures from 20C to 140C. The correlating equations in this new sour water equilibrium model have been used to obtain a computer program capable of handling various chemical and physical equilibria of NH3, CO2, and H2S in sour water systems including the effects of carboxylic acids on ammonia fixation and release by caustic addition. A bibliography of related literature data is included in the report. |
