| Abstract |
Information from several sources on the wastewater treatment plant manpower backlog has been compared in order to determine whether sewage treatment facilities are adequately staffed. The purpose in combining the information from these sources was to compare the number of persons presently employed at wastewater treatment plant facilities with the number recommended for full operational effectiveness. |
