Abstract |
The only apparent test-related effect observed in this study was moderate primary irritation and fissuring of the test site skin on animals from group 1. This symptom was noted during the first week as a result of treatment with 10% solutions of the products. Reducing the concentration to 5% allowed the skin to return to normal by the conclusion of the test. All other parameters were similar between test and control animals. No signs of systemic toxicity were observed. |
