Abstract |
It is the basic intent of this monograph to explore the role of CETA in direct training and employment in the environment/energy fields. In addition, the impact of the 1978 Amendments will be examined with the former tenets of CETA. Included in this monograph are examples of CETA training and employment projects which have been conducted. Recommendations for future applications of CETA are discussed in the monograph's Commentary. |
