Abstract

The review included data from the AIRS/AFS database and state enforcement and inspection files. For the review period, FY2005, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) conducted inspections at 459 facilities. ADEQ took 58 formal enforcement actions against 56 facilities. From this universe, a subset of files were selected for file review purposes.
