The manual explains the technical characteristics of the IBM Standard Labeled tapes containing Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Biennial Reporting System (BRS) data. The manual also illustrates the attributes of the data contained on the tapes and provides helpful hints on correctly using BRS data. The BRS is a national system that collects data on the generation and management of hazardous waste. |
