Section 14.2 of the Susquehanna River Basin Compact, P.L. 91-575 states that the Commission will annually adopt a water resources program, based upon the comprehensive plan, consisting of the projects and facilities which the Commission proposes to be undertaken by the Commission and by other authorized governmental and private agencies, organizations, and persons during the ensuing six years or such other reasonably foreseeable period as the Commission may determine. The following projects/programs of the Commission and other water resource management agencies will constitute the Water Resources Program of the Commission for 2003 to meet the water resources needs set forth in the comprehensive plan.
