Abstract
The Report provides background on the development of the administrative improvements and each of the 17 initiatives and reports on the progress made between June 23, 1993, and September 30, 1994. Specifically, the report provides a description of the initiatives, a summary of the achievements or performance of the milestones, the benefits of each initiative, and the 'lessons learned' by Agency personnel through implementing the initiatives. Special focus is placed on the new initiatives, which are augmented by case studies to illustrate tangible results achieved.
