Abstract
This guidance document is intended to assist obligated parties and renewable fuel exporters in reporting their RFS2 Renewable Volume Obligations (RVOs) reporting for the 2010 compliance year. This guidance document does not discuss all of the specific Biomass-Based Diesel RVO requirements and flexibilities. However, obligated parties should note that the 2010 Biomass-Based Diesel standard consists of the combined 2009 and 2010 volume requirements. Additionally, obligated parties should pay close attention to the specific requirements and flexibilities for 2010 Biomass-based diesel compliance in regulations (40 CFR 80.1427(a)(7)) and to the instructions in the RFS0301 report. The guidance document will briefly discuss new features that have been implemented in EMTS to assist obligated parties and renewable fuel exporters with their RFS2 annual compliance requirements.
