Abstract
This document is the prescribed revision, incorporating new information concerning control of hydrocarbons and other vapor phase organics which contribute to the formation of oxidants. This document is intended primarily as a general reference for state and local air pollution control engineers. It can be used to provide: basic information on sources of oxidant precursors and control of these sources, estimates of control costs, and estimates of emission reductions achievable through control application. The information included in this document is restricted to stationary sources.
