| Abstract | This is the first annual report of the Effluent Standards and Water Quality Information Advisory Committee (ES&WQIAC) to the Administrator of EPA. The report summarizes the legislative basis and operations of the Committee for the period March 2, 1973 to March 1, 1974. The report consists of two parts, bound separately. The first of the report describes the legislative basis of the Committee, its structure, and its operations. Subsequent chapters provide an overview of the Committee's activities and results achieved. |
