Abstract
The acute oral LD50 of PFP, when administered as a 10% w/w aqueous suspension to male and female COX-SD rats weighing 207 to 282 grams, was found to be 293 milligrams per kilogram of body weight, with a confidence interval of 225 to 381 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. The acute oral LD50 of PFP, when administered as a 10% w/w aqueous suspension to male COX-SD rats weighing 207 to 282 grams, was found to be 317 milligrams per kilogram of body weight, with a confidence interval of 260 to 387 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. The acute oral LD50 of PFP, when administered as a 10% w/w aqueous suspension to female COX-SD rats weighing 213 to 260 grams, was found to be 253 milligrams per kilogram of body weight, with a confidence interval of 186 to 344 milligrams per kilogram of body weight.
