Data includes name(s) and address(es) of the facility owner and operator; transportation mode(s); whether generator, transporter or disposer of waste(s); and the code number(s) of waste(s) generated. The facilities are sorted by region, state, and facility identification number. This file is current as of March 30, 1983 and will be updated with information compiled from EPA Form 3510-3, Application for a Hazardous Waste Permit.
