Abstract
The report reviews program accomplishments for the period 1987-88 toward the goals of the Chesapeake Bay restoration and protection program, including the signing of a new Bay Agreement in December 1987. It also summarizes major implementation actions taken in 1988 to carry out provisions of the Bay agreement.
