| Abstract |
Five male and five female Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed for one hour to a vapor generated from acrylonitrile at an average actual concentration of 1008 ppm. The animals were observed periodically during exposure for pharmacotoxic signs and mortality. Under the conditions of this study, the test article via inhalation by wholer-body exposure failed to prodnce mortality. |
