You can use this form to get more information about completing the forms or to inquire about the status of your submission.

You can use this system to submit your NOI on-line. Use this form only if EPA is the permitting authority (Alaska, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Washington DC). Most states are authorized to implement the stormwater program. If you are in an authorized state, please direct your question to the appropriate state agency.
