The permit outlines steps that facility operators must take prior to being eligible for permit coverage, including development and implementation of a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP). EPA's Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP-2000) expired on midnight on October 30, 2005. A new permit has not been finalized at the present time. This permit has been administratively continued, please click here [PDF - 73 KB - 1p] for more information.
