If you are filing a Notice of Intent (NOI) form (or other related forms) under EPA's Construction General Permit (CGP), Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), Pesticide General Permit (PGP) or Vessels General Permit (VGP) and have questions, please use the form below. You can use this form to get more information about completing the forms or to inquire about the status of your submission.
