2008 MSGP now available in EPA Region 10

2008 MSGP now available in EPA Region 10

On Thursday, February 26, 2009, EPA issued the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities (MSGP-2008) for facilities located in Alaska and Idaho; on Indian Country lands within Idaho, Oregon, and Washington; and for federal facilities located within the State of Washington. The deadline for existing operators in these areas to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) under the MSGP-2008 is May 27, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: Part 9.10 of the MSGP-2008 now includes additional permit conditions for facilities located in Region 10. Additional information is available at
