eNOI System Will Be Unavailable for System Upgrade

Beginning today (Friday, December 14, 2007) at 5:00 PM EST through Tuesday, December 18, 2007, the eNOI system will be unavailable as we implement a system upgrade. The improved eNOI system will be available for use starting Wednesday, December 19, 2007. The updated version will allow construction stormwater users to submit and modify Notices of Intent (NOIs), Notices of Termination (NOTs), and Low Erosivity Waivers (LEWs) under EPA’s Construction General Permit. Information on the new system features has been posted at, see “Revised eNOI Overview.”
