Search the 2006 IUR Manufacturing, Processing, and Use Information
This page provides the 2006 non-confidential database searchable either by CAS or chemical name or by company name. Please note that information claimed as TSCA Confidential Business Information (CBI) by an IUR reporter is not contained in this database.
Search by CAS or Chemical Name
Search by CAS or Chemical Name allows you to search for records by Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) Registry Number or chemical name (or portions thereof). The search function will return a list of CAS Registry Numbers and chemical names that match the search, from which you can select the desired chemical. Two searches are available:
- Company and Site-specific Information. Search results list company and site information for all non-confidential sites that manufacture or import the selected chemical, including:
- Company name and site name, city, state, and zip code
- Aggregated national production volume range for the selected chemical
- Whether the chemical is manufactured or imported
- Whether the chemical was manufactured and used only at the manufacturing site.
- National Chemical Information. Search results list national information on manufacturing, processing and use of the selected chemical, including:
- Aggregated national production volume range
- Maximum concentration and physical form(s)
- Total number of manufacturing, processing and use sites
- Total number of reasonably likely to be exposed manufacturing and industrial workers
- Whether processing and use information was reported.
- Industrial processing and use and commercial and consumer use data for the selected chemical, if available.
Search by Company allows you to search for records by company name (or portions thereof). The search results contain information for all non-confidential companies and sites that match the company search, including:
- CAS Registry Number
- Chemical name
- Whether the chemical was manufactured or imported
- Whether the chemical was manufactured and used only at the manufacturing site.
