Indian Community Development Block Grant Program

This Department of Housing and Urban Development program is intended to help Indian tribes and Alaska Native villages develop viable Indian communities. Grant money may be used to improve housing stock, provide community facilities, make infrastructure improvements, and expand job opportunities by supporting the economic development of the communities. Eligible activities include housing rehabilitation, construction of tribal and other facilities, streets and other public facilities, and economic development and environmental improvement projects (including drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste projects). |
