Source Reduction Assistance Grant Program	To provide grants and cooperative agreements to fund pollution prevention (source reduction and resource conservation) activities. Specifically, the Agency is interested in funding projects that help reduce hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants entering waste streams or otherwise released into the environment (including fugitive emissions) prior to recycling, treatment, disposal or energy recovery activities.	$1.1 million
