Challenge Grants	The goal of the Challenge Grants is to increase future water supplies for farms, cities, people, and the environment across the West. . The Challenge Grant Program is administered by the Bureau of Reclamation and is designed to contribute to this goal by providing 50% funding for projects that will create water markets and make more efficient use of existing water supplies.	$4-7 million
