The Emissions & Generation Resource Integrated Database (eGRID) is a comprehensive source of data on the environmental characteristics of almost all electric power generated in the United States. eGRID is unique in that it links air emissions data with electric generation data for United States power plants.

eGRIDweb displays eGRID data in a user friendly way and allows you to export data you select. You can download related documents, reports, and files; receive information about eGRID-related updates; view frequently asked questions; and provide feedback regarding eGRIDweb.

eGRIDweb displays data from eGRID2007 Version 1.1, the sixth and most recent edition of eGRID, which contains:

• Year 2005 information configured to reflect the electric power industry’s current structure as of December 31, 2007, including plant ownership and operators, parent company affiliations, company mergers, and grid configurations;
• Year 2004 data; and
• Years 2004 and 2005 State import-export and U.S. generation and consumption data.
