From on or about July 2011 through October 2011, within a commercial building located at the 60 State Street, Albany, NY, FOUR
SEASONS willfully directed three persons to conduct a response action in which these individuals repeatedly disturbed friable asbestos containing
materials located on pipes and walls within the commercial building. At the time,
FOUR SEASONS knew none of these individuals were accredited within New York State
to conduct a response action.

Four Seasons Property Services, LLC pled guilty and was charged in a three count Information charging violations of Title 15, U.S.C. Sections 2646(a)(3), 2614(1)(D), and 2615(b) and Title 18, U.S.C., Section 2(b).

Four Seasons Property Services, LLC was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to pay a $100,000 fine.
