Allenstown Aggregate is a stone quarry located in Allenstown, New Hampshire. Thibeault Corporation owns and operates Allenstown Aggregate. During October and November 2010, approximately 4,000 tons of construction and demolition (C&D) debris was transported from Massachusetts and disposed of in quarries owned and operated by Thibeault. It was mixed with clean fill with the intent of diluting the C&D and reselling it as clean fill.

The company was charged with violations of state law.
December 7, 2012
The company pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 84 months probation and ordered to pay a $100,000 state fine.
