Tips for Searching the News Archive

  • enter the word(s) you wish to find. In most cases it is best to start with single words or phrases.
  • words separated by spaces will be combined with a Boolean "AND" (both words must match, though in any order)
  • to search for an exact phrase, enclose it in quotes (e.g., "environmental management system")
  • standard searches examine the headline and story text to find a match.
